Groomer Report Update – 2/7/2018 – TRAILS ARE OPEN
OUR TRAIL SYSTEM IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!
Reminders… Please..read this entire post!!!
1. BE RESPECTFUL of the property you have been provided the right to ride on by our gracious landowners!
2. Ride to the right side of the trail, STAY ON MARKED TRAILS ONLY AND BETWEEN THE ORANGE STAKES. DO NOT CUT CROSS LOTS!!!
3. OBEY THE SPEED LIMIT! Its 55 mph!
4. HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE CARDS WITH YOU! Trails are patrolled by the Sherrifs Dept. And Fines are high, so obey the rules! Make sure you have the official DMV numbers on your sled, custom numbers are no longer a viable option!
5. PLEASE DONT RUN OVER OUR STAKES! Your track will thank you for it and so will our volunteers!
6. STAY OFF THE RAILROAD TRACKS!
HAVE FUN, RIDE SOBER AND BE SAFE!

Our yearly Membership Appreciation Breakfast will be held on January 28, 2018 at the Stonehouse Farm, 305 Lynk Road, Sharon Springs, NY – From 8am till 12 Noon.
Free all you can eat pancake breakfast for all Current Club Members. Hope to see you there!
CRITICAL – WORCESTER-SUMMIT AREA – STAY OFF THE RAIL BED
When riding the WORCESTER-SUMMIT line this season – YOU MUST STAY ON THE MAIN TRAIL – DO NOT RIDE ON THE RAIL LINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. The new Railroad owners are increasing fines HEAVILY and will be enforcing compliance – Train Traffic is going to increase from 18 to 48 Trains per day thru there and another rail line is being added. RIDING THE RAIL LINE CUT OFF IS BOTH DANGEROUS AND COSTLY. DO NOT RIDE THE CUT OFF IN THE AREA OF JACKS AND BUDS! If you continue to do so, we will loose our Main Corridor Trail altogether and you will have no way of getting there at all.

You can park your trailer for free and ride right out of the backyard at our clubhouse – Its located right on the big bend on Seward Lane, Seward New York. Click on the Google Map Link for directions:
Monthly Meetings – 3rd Wednesday Every Month August thru April
Our monthly club meetings are held at the Groomer Barn in Seward, NY on the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm from August through April – There are no meetings in May, June or July.
